In line with the Victorian Government's Stage 4 COVID-19 restrictions in Melbourne, Vodafone, Caroline Springs is operating as a contactless Call & Collect Hub.
The store will operate according to the measures outlined below.

- When you call to make an appointment, Vodafone staff will consider all your self-service options as first priority. If your issue can’t be resolved over the phone or via self-service, an appointment will be arranged.
- The doors of the store will remain closed at all times, a Vodafone team member will meet you at the front of the store for your appointment. Transactions will be completed outside the store.
